We will discuss three main tasks for corporate brand management:

  • the corporate brand’s identity
  • the brand structure
  • how to communicate the corporate brand
    We will refer to cases from different industries, but more importantly you will work with your own corporate brand.

Participants

Intended for people involved in branding or marketing, or product managers. Also intended for members of senior management who wish to strengthen their corporate branding efforts.

Lecturers

We use experienced educators, lecturers and experts from the Lund University School of Economics and Management along with industry lecturers, all with expertise in their respective fields.

“How many brands do we need? If more than one, how are are our brands going to be related? And what’s the role and function of our brand(s)? The brand structure challenge is one of the most important today for several reasons. Having too many brands is costly, having to few is missing out on opportunities… Ultimately, the brand strategy reflects and fits the business strategy. This is the core question that we will discuss and place into a broader perspective.”
